摘要 为了满足日益趋严的环保排放要求和企业的长远发展,盛隆化工有限公司实施了5.5 m捣固焦炉烟气脱硫、脱硝、除尘技改项目。在分析盛隆公司2座5.5 m捣固焦炉烟气特点的基础上,分别对焦炉烟气脱硫、脱硝、除尘技术进行了比较和论证,最终采用干法脱硫、选择性催化还原脱硝(SCR)的工艺方案,并将干法脱硫前置,为后续低温脱硝创造了低硫、低尘的脱硝环境,使脱硝效率最优化。项目实施后不新增污染物,焦炉烟气达到山东省地方标准DB 37/2376—2019《区域性大气污染物综合排放标准》排放要求。 In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental emission requirements and the long-term development of enterprises,the 5.5 m tamping coke oven flue gas desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal technical renovation project was implemented in Shenglong Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.On the basis of analyzing the flue gas characteristics of two 5.5 m tamping coke ovens in the Company,technologies of desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal of coke oven flue gas were compared and demonstrated.The project finally adopted the dry desulfurization,selective catalytic reduction denitrification(SCR)process scheme.Besides,the dry desulfurization was put at front to create a low-sulfur and low-dust denitrification environment for the subsequent low-temperature denitrification,and the denitrification efficiency was optimized.No new pollutants were added after the implementation of the project,and the coke oven flue gas could meet the emission requirements of Shandong Provincial Comprehensive Discharge Standard for Regional Air Pollutants(DB 37/2376—2019).
