新街台格庙矿区高质量发展规划评价研究

Research on evaluation of high-quality development planning in the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area

作为煤炭及其深加工产业的最前端,矿区的高质量建设及发展至关重要。介绍了新街台格庙矿区整体情况,对尚未开发的新街台格庙矿区进行了顶层规划,提出了不同阶段的高质量发展目标,并基于调研与数据统计,构建了矿区高质量建设难易程度和发展评判指标体系;通过模糊评价综合模型,量化了矿区高质量分阶段发展评价得分。结果表明:按照既定规划配合动态修正,矿区建设、发展的三个阶段目标均能较高质量实现,研究结果能够持续性地动态评价矿区建设及发展情况。

As the forefront of the coal and its deep processing industry,the high-quality construction and development of the mining area is crucial.Based on the introduction of the overall situation of the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area,top-level planning for the undeveloped Xinjie Taigemiao mining area had been carried out,high-quality development goals at different stages were proposed,and according to research and statistical data,a difficulty level and development evaluation indicator system for high-quality construction of mining area had been established.Through the fuzzy evaluation comprehensive model,the score of high-quality phased development evaluation of the mining area was quantified.The results showed that:according to the established plan with dynamic correction,the three-stage goals of mining area construction and development could be achieved with high quality.The research results could continuously and dynamically evaluate the construction and development of the mining area.
