基于三维煤场区域划分的储煤量数字化预警

摘要 煤场储煤量的准确预警有助于避免煤堆自燃和煤堆变质,为此,研究了基于三维煤场区域划分的储煤量数字化预警方法。通过无人机扫描煤场,获取基于煤场三维地理信息的点云数据,并以此为基础,利用多视图立体视觉配准建立三维煤场可视化模型。通过采用与虚拟势力相关的三维地形无缝绘制算法划分模型预警区域,并将煤场单位区域储煤量的质量、体积作为特征向量,输入K-means-AHC算法中,实现储煤量数字化预警。方法验证结果表明:所提方法对导致煤堆自燃和煤堆变质的储煤量数字变化预警能力均较强。 Accurate early warning of coal storage in coal yard is helpful to avoid coal pile spontaneous combustion and metamorphism.Therefore,a digital early warning method of coal storage based on three-dimensional coal yard area division was studied.In this method,the point cloud data based on the three-dimensional geographic information of the coal yard was obtained by scanning the coal yard with the UAV,and on this basis,the three-dimensional coal yard visual model was established by using multi-view stereoscopic vision registration.The 3D terrain seamless rendering algorithm related to virtual forces was used to divide the model early warning area,and the mass and volume of coal storage per unit area of the coal yard were input into the K-means-AHC algorithm as characteristic vectors to realize the digital early warning of coal storage.The verification results showed that the proposed method had a strong early warning ability to predict the numerical change of coal storage which led to spontaneous combustion and metamorphism of coal pile.
