摘要
主要介绍印制电路板(PCB)中导线间距对阻抗的影响及解决办法,为解决PCB中的阻抗设计及生产存在的问题做理论解析并提供技术支持。
This paper mainly introduces the influence of line spacing on impedance in printed circuit board(PCB)and its solutions.In order to solve the problems existing in impedance design and production of PCB,theoretical analysis and technical support are given.
