摘要
夏热冬冷地区近零能耗建筑的设计,应该充分利用在地气候条件,综合平衡被动式设计、主动式策略和可再生资源之间的关系,结合工业化技术手段和新型材料,实现“研究—设计—研发”全技术链条的贯通。设计的关键点在于以节能基础研究为先导,指导建筑从方案、初步设计到施工图的全过程设计及后续相关流程。本文结合中建滨湖设计总部项目实践案例,论述了以节能研究为先导的近零能耗建筑设计方法。
Near-zero energy consumption building design in hot summer and cold winter regions should fully utilize local climate conditions,comprehensively balance passive design,active strategies and renewable resources,and integrate industrial technology and new materials,to achieve a seamless connection throughout the entire"research-design-development"technology chain.The key focus of the design is to prioritize the fundamental study of energy efficiency,which guides the entire process of architectural design,including schematic design,preliminary design,construction documents and subsequent related processes.Based on the practical case of the CSWADI lakeside design headquarters,this paper explores the design approach of near-zero energy consumption buildings guided by energy efficiency research.
