建筑如何应对疫病灾害——《居住建筑防疫设计导则》解读

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,让建筑设计有了新的挑战,即如何通过建筑设计减少疫病灾害的影响。本文分析了建筑防疫的必要性和重要性,提出了将建筑防疫标准作为城市和建筑防灾体系基础标准的设想,介绍了T/ASC 27-2022《居住建筑防疫设计导则》的编制思路,并以泉州市某项目为例,详细阐述了建筑防疫设计的具体措施和做法。当下一个流行病来袭时,建筑防疫措施可以为人们提供一个可以抵御疫病灾害的安全屏障。 The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought new challenge to architectural design,which is how to reduce the impact of epidemic disasters through architectural design.By analyzing the necessity and importance of building epidemic prevention standards,this paper proposes that building epidemic prevention standard should be one of the basic standards of urban and building disaster prevention system.Then,this paper introduces the compiling starting point of the Epidemic Prevention Design Standard of Residential Building(T/ASC 27—2022)and takes the specific application of the epidemic prevention design of the project in Quanzhou,Fujian Province as an example to elaborate.When the next epidemic comes,a safety barrier that can resist the epidemic disaster will be provided.
