摘要
热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)易于燃烧限制其安全使用,为了提高其阻燃性能,文章在TPU基体中掺杂了适量的改性氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)_(2))和膨胀石墨(EG),并探究了复合材料的阻燃性能。结果表明:相比于未改性的TPU材料,掺杂20%的EG和改性Mg(OH)_(2)的TPU复合材料具有较好的综合性能。TPU/Mg(OH)_(2)/EG20%复合材料的LOI值为30.6%,热释放速率为115 kW/m^(2),总烟量为43 m^(2)。TPU/Mg(OH)_(2)/EG20%复合材料的热稳定性提高,改性TPU复合材料具有较好的阻燃效果和热稳定性。
Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)is easy to burn and limits its safe use.In order to improve its flame retardant properties,an appropriate amount of modified magnesium hydroxide(Mg(OH)_(2))and expanded graphite(EG)were doped in the TPU matrix,and the flame retardant properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that compared with the unmodified TPU material,the TPU composite material doped with 20% EG and modified Mg(OH)_(2) has better comprehensive performance.The LOI value of TPU/Mg(OH)_(2)/EG20% composite is 30.6%,the heat release rate was 115 kW/m^(2),and the total smoke is 43 m^(2).The thermal stability of TPU/Mg(OH)_(2)/EG20% composites is improved,and the modified TPU composites has better flame retardant effect and thermal stability.
