抗菌聚乙烯醇的改性和性能评价方法研究进展

Research Progress on Modification and Performance Evaluation Methods of Antibacterial Polyvinyl Alcohol

摘要 聚乙烯醇(PVA)具有可降解、水溶、无细胞毒性、防霉防虫、力学性能好等优点,以PVA为基材的抗菌材料逐渐成为研究重点。文章介绍了PVA材料通过包埋法、共混法、物理交联法和接枝共聚法等制备新型抗菌材料的研究进展,分析PVA材料抗菌性的各类方法如贴膜接触抗菌法、平板扩散法、扫描电镜观察法、荧光显微镜观察法的应用现状。未来,多种改性方法复合应用、多种评价方法复合评估,可以充分发挥抗菌剂协同抗菌机理以解决单一评估过程中出现的灵敏度、重复性、准确性较差的问题,从而赋予PVA复合抗菌材料更多的功能,如pH响应、新鲜度监测和抗氧化性等。 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)has the advantages of degradability,water solubility,no cytotoxicity,anti-mildew and insect prevention,and good mechanical properties.Antibacterial materials based on PVA have gradually become the focus of research.The research progress of new antibacterial materials prepared by PVA materials through embedding method,blending method,physical crosslinking method and graft copolymerization method is introduced.The application status of various methods of antibacterial properties of PVA materials such as film contact antibacterial method,plate diffusion method,scanning electron microscope observation method and fluorescence microscope observation method is analyzed.In the future,the composite application of multiple modification methods and composite evaluation of multiple evaluation methods can give full play to the synergistic antibacterial mechanism of antibacterial agents to solve the problems of poor sensitivity,repeatability and accuracy in the single evaluation process,so as to give PVA composite antibacterial materials more functions,such as pH response,freshness monitoring and oxidation resistance,etc.
