护理本科生感知关怀氛围现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation of perceived caring climate and influencing factors among undergraduate nursing students

目的了解护理本科生感知关怀氛围的现状,分析影响护理本科生感知关怀氛围的因素。方法2021年11月—2022年3月选取广东省三所高校在读的934名护理本科生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的感知关怀氛围问卷进行调查。结果护理本科生感知关怀氛围平均得分为169.88±21.36分;其中,同伴关怀维度得分为43.43±6.09分,在校教师关怀维度得分为47.26±6.15分,家庭关怀维度得分为68.11±12.39分,学校关怀维度得分为11.07±2.03分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学生的社会实践活动经历、父亲受教育程度、家庭氛围对护理本科生感知关怀氛围水平有影响(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生感知关怀氛围处于较高水平,社会实践活动经历、父亲的受教育程度、家庭氛围是护理本科生感知关怀氛围的影响因素。

Objective To understand the current situation of nursing undergraduates'perceived caring atmosphere,and to analyse the factors aff ecting nursing undergraduates'perceived caring atmosphere.Methods From November 2021 to March 2022,934 nursing undergraduates enrolled in three universities in Guangdong Province were selected as respondents,a self-designed questionnaire on perceived caring atmosphere was used to conduct the survey.Results The mean score of perceived caring climate of nursing undergraduates was 169.88±21.36 points;among them,the score of peer caring dimension was 43.43±6.09 points,the score of caring dimension of school teachers was 47.26±6.15 points,the score of family caring dimension was 68.11±12.39 points,the score of school caring dimension was 11.07±2.03 points.The results of multiple linear regression analyses showed that students'experience of practical social activities,father's education level,and family atmosphere had an effect on the level of perceived caring atmosphere among undergraduate nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students'perceived caring atmosphere was at a high level,and the experience of social practice activities,father's education level,and family atmosphere were the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students'perceived caring atmosphere.
