Analysis of the best evidence summary for nursing management of postherpetic neuralgia pain in the elderly

目的检索、评价和总结老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛护理管理的最佳证据,为临床干预提供循证依据。方法运用循证护理的方法,针对老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛护理管理提出问题,通过计算机系统检索UpToDate、BMJ、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)图书馆、Cochrane Library、美国国立指南网、国际网络指南网、加拿大安大略注册护士协会网站、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、苏格兰学院间指南网、医脉通、PubMed、中国知网等数据库或网站,检索时限为建库至2022年4月31日,文献类型涵盖临床实践指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识。结果共纳入22篇文献,包括指南8篇、专家共识10篇、证据总结2篇、系统评价2篇。总结的最佳证据包括疼痛护理管理目标、疼痛评估、非药物管理、药物管理、教育与培训和预防策略6个方面,共28条。结论该研究总结的最佳证据具有科学性与实用性,为临床人员规范患者疼痛管理状况、开展循证实践提供了依据。

Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarise the best evidence for pain nursing management in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical intervention.Methods To apply the evidence-based nursing approach,questions were asked about pain nursing management in older patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and a computer system search of UpToDate,BMJ,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Library,Cochrane Library,US National Guidelines Network,International Network of Guidelines Networks,Canada Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,the UK National Institute of Clinical Medicine Guidelines Library,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,Medical Pulse,PubMed,China Knowledge Network and other databases or websites,with a search timeframe from the establishment of the library to 31 April 2022,and the types of literature covering clinical practice guidelines,evidence summaries,systematic evaluations,and expert consensus.Results A total of 22 papers were included,including 8 guidelines,10 expert consensus,2 evidence summaries,and 2 systematic evaluations.The best evidence summarised included 6 areas of pain nursing management goals,pain assessment,non-pharmacological management,medication management,education and training,and prevention strategies,with a total of 28 articles.Conclusion The best evidence summarised in this study is scientifi c and practical,and provides a basis for clinical staff to standardise the pain management status of patients and develop evidence-based practice.
