临床护理路径在内镜下食管黏膜剥离术患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in endoscopic oesophageal mucosal dissection patients

目的探讨临床护理路径在食管内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年9月宿迁市第一人民医院行食管ESD的患者64例,按组间基本资料匹配原则分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组建立并实施临床护理路径护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和负性情绪改善情况。结果实施临床护理路径护理干预后,观察组患者急性腹痛、发热、出血、穿孔并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑情绪HAMA量表和抑郁情绪HAMD量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意程度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径护理可以降低内镜下食管ESD术患者术后并发症发生率,改善患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in oesophageal endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD)patients.Methods 64 patients who underwent esophageal ESD in Suqian First People's Hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of matching the basic information between the groups,each with 32 cases.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group established and implemented clinical care pathway nursing,comparing the incidence of postoperative complications and improvement of negative emotions in the two groups.Results After the implementation of clinical nursing pathway nursing intervention,the total incidence of acute abdominal pain,fever,bleeding and perforation complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).the scores of HAMA scale for anxiety and HAMD scale for depression were lower than that of the control group in the observation group,and the scores of patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).the scores of patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant diff erences(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical nursing pathway nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in endoscopic esophageal ESD patients,improve the negative emotions of patients,and increase nursing satisfaction.
