多元养护模式对阿尔茨海默病患者的影响

Effectiveness of the multifaceted care model in patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的观察分析多元养护模式对阿尔兹海默病患者的护理效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年11月南昌大学第二附属医院神经内科收治的80例阿尔兹海默病患者作为研究对象,按组间基本资料具有可比性的原则将其分对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受多元养护模式下的护理干预,比较两组患者意外事件发生率、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、痴呆行为评定(BRSD)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果实施多元养护模式干预后,观察组患者意外事件发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前ADL评分、MMSE评分、BRSD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者ADL评分、MMSE评分高于对照组,BRSD评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SF-36评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿尔兹海默病患者接受多元养护模式管理,可改善其认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量和精神行为,降低意外事件发生率。

Objective To observe and analyse the nursing effect of multivariate care model on Alzheimer's disease patients.Methods 80 cases of Alzheimer's disease patients admitted to the department of neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study object,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle that the basic data between the groups were comparable,with 40 cases in each group,the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the multiple conservation model.The two groups were compared in terms of accident rate,ADL score,MMSE score,BRSD score and SF-36 score.Results After the implementation of the multifaceted care model intervention,the accident rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the ADL score,MMSE score and BRSD score of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the ADL score and MMSE score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the BRSD score was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the comparison of SF-36 scores of patients in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alzheimer's disease patients who receive multifaceted care model management can improve their cognitive function,daily living ability,quality of life and metal behariours,and reduce the incidence of accidents.
