中国武术规训文化的基本特征、生成逻辑及价值担当研究

Research on the Basic Characteristics,Generative Logic,and Value Responsibility of ChineseWushu Discipline

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,研究中国武术规训文化的基本特征,梳理其基本特征的生成逻辑,从个人层面分析中国武术规训文化的价值担当。研究认为:武术的本土环境导致了武术规训的封闭性,传统武术的思想理念导致了武术规训的双重性,武术自身的技击特点导致了武术规训的暴力性生成逻辑,武术习练的时间因素导致武术规训的终身性,传统武术的师徒制度导致武术规训的纵向性。在当代,武术规训将继续发挥其价值担当,以规修德,凝聚高尚修养,以训炼体,强健自身体魄,从而使个人达到身体与思想的和谐统一,塑造更好的自身。

This article adopts methods such as literature review and logical analysis to study the basic characteristics of Wushu discipline,sort out the generation logic of its basic characteristics,and finally analyze the value responsibility of Wushu discipline from a personal level.Research suggests that the rural environment in which Wushu are located leads to the closure of Wushu dis‐cipline,traditional Wushu ideological concepts lead to the duality of Wushu discipline,Wushu‘own combat characteristics lead to the logic of violence in Wushu discipline,the time factor of Wushu practice leads to the ultimate nature of Wushu discipline,and traditional Wushu’mentorship system leads to the vertical nature of Wushu discipline.In contemporary times,Wushu disci‐pline will continue to play its value and responsibility,cultivating virtue through discipline:consolidating noble cultivation.To train one’s body:to strengthen one’s own physique,so as to achieve a harmonious unity of body and mind,and shape a better self.
