一种基于PLC的自动管材熔接机设计

摘要 传统熔接机由于依赖手工操作造成工艺不稳定,不能保证管材接缝的抗压强度和使用寿命.为严格满足熔接工艺需求并替代传统人工操作,本文利用PLC控制系统设计了一种自动管材熔接机.系统机械结构由滑动导轨、电动铣刀、加热板等组成.由伺服电机控制力矩和熔接压力,通过温度变送器和PID算法实时调节加热板温度,以提高熔接温度稳定性.同时配合触摸屏完成参数配置、流程控制以及报表打印等人机交互功能.系统经多次测试和工厂实际运行表明,该自动熔接机焊缝成形美观、熔接质量稳定,具有较好的推广价值. Traditional welding machines cannot guarantee the compressive strength and service life of pipes due to unstable processes caused by manual welding.In order to meet the requirements of the welding process strictly and replace the traditional manual operation,this research designs an automatic pipe welding machine that employs PLC control system.The system hardware consists of sliding rails,electric milling cutters,and heating plates,etc.The automatic pipe welding machine's torque and welding pressure are controlled by a servo motor,combined with the temperature transmitter and PID technique,which improved the stability of the welding temperature to a large extent.What's more,the touch screen is used for human-machine interface,which can carry out parameter setting,process control and reports.Experiments and actual operation in the factory jointly show that the automatic welding machine,with its beautiful weld formation and stable welding quality,suggests a promising application value.
