Enhancing the role of the Communist Youth League in guiding new era youth development:a logical pathway

青年发展工作是中国共产党治国理政战略全局中的重要方面。作为中国共产党直接领导、缔造的先进青年群众组织,中国共青团在青年发展工作中的作用尤为关键。基于“增强共青团引领力、组织力、服务力”视角,中国共青团引领青年发展应遵循理论青年化阐释、青年组织化引领、青年社会化发展的逻辑理路,具体表现为在增强引领力的基础上带领青年坚定理想信念;在增强组织力的基础上带领青年服务中心大局;在增强服务力的基础上带领青年实现更好发展。

Youth development holds significant importance within the comprehensive governance strategy of the Communist Party of China.Operating as an advanced mass organization led directly by the CPC,the Chinese Communist Youth League(CYL)plays a crucial role in driving youth development.Based on the perspective of“enhancing the leadership,organizational,and service capabilities of the Communist Youth League,”this study illustrates how the CYL leads youth development by adopting a logical pathway encompassing theoretical interpretation,youth organization,and youth socialization development.This pathway involves guiding youth to strengthen their ideals and beliefs through enhanced leadership,directing the overall youth service center by bolstering organizational strength,and leading young people towards better development through improved service capacity.
