摘要
针对转辙机的工况环境复杂,道岔故障处理效率低、准确率低等问题,根据直流道岔控制电路原理,设计了一种基于STM32处理器的直流转辙机便携式故障诊断仪。该诊断仪包括道岔控制电路、信号采集电路、显示电路。其中,道岔控制电路由处理器通过光耦合开关控制继电器完成对转辙机的操作;信号采集电路采集的转辙机工作电流信号经滤波和A/D转换后被处理器读取接收;处理器通过监测的电流信号自动分析转辙机的工作状态,以及判断转辙机的故障情况;显示电路模块绘制出道岔动作过程的电流曲线。该诊断仪能通过道岔的控制电路实现ZD6型直流转辙机的动作模拟,并对道岔转换过程的电流进行采集、处理和分析,实现故障诊断分析功能。
In view of the complex working environment of the point machine,low processing efficiency of fault diagnosis,low accuracy and other problems,based on to the principle of switch control circuit,a portable DC point machine fault diagnosis instrument based on STM32 processor.The system compose of switch control circuit,signal acquisition circuit,an analysis display circuit.The switch control circuit is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer through the optical coupling switch to complete the operation of the switch.The working current of the switch machine collected by the signal acquisition circuit is read and received by the processor after filtering and A/D conversion;The processor automatically analyzes the working process status of the switch machine and judges the fault condition of the switch machine based on the monitored current signal;The display circuit module draws the current curve of the switch action process.The diagnosis instrument can realize the action simulation of ZD6 DC point machine through the switch control circuit,and collect,process and analyze the current in the switch conversion process,so as to realize the function of fault diagnosis and analysis.
