碳交易机制下闭环供应链决策

Decision-making of Closed-loop Supply Chain under Carbon Trading Mechanism

摘要 在考虑减排技术投入的基础上,研究了碳交易机制下闭环供应链的决策问题,构建了制造商、零售商和第三方分别回收的三种回收模型,以此研究再造品相较于新产品的碳排放强度、减排成本系数和碳交易价格对碳减排量、废旧品期望回收率以及供应链成员利润的影响,并从不同视角探讨了回收模式最优问题。研究表明:再造品相较于新产品的碳排放强度越小,供应链成员利润上升幅度越大;减排成本系数降低有利于碳减排量和废旧品期望回收率提高,实现供应链成员利润增长;碳交易价格增加激励制造商积极减排,提高废旧品回收率,促进供应链利润上涨;制造商通过零售商间接回收始终是供应链的最优选择。 In this paper,considering the input in emissions reduction technology,we looked at the decision-making problem of a closed-loop supply chain under the carbon trading mechanism,and constructed three models where the recycling behavior is done respectively by the manufacturer,the retailer and a third party,so as to study the impact of carbon emissions intensity of remanufactured products compared to new products,emissions reduction cost coefficient and carbon trade price on carbon emissions reduction,expected recycling rate of waste products,and profits of the supply chain members,and discussed the optimal recycling model from different perspectives.The research showed that:the lower the carbon emissions intensity of the remanufactured products compared to new products,the greater the profit boost to the supply chain members;lower emissions reduction cost coefficient is conducive to the increase of carbon emissions reduction volume and the expected recycling rate of waste products,leading to profit growth for the supply chain members;the increase of carbon trading price encourages the manufacturer to actively reduce emissions and improve the recycling rate of waste products,thus promoting the profit increase of the supply chain;and indirect recycling of the manufacturer via the retailer is always the best choice for the supply chain.
