拆叠框RGV在长杆件领域的设计应用及改进

摘要 以铝加工生产工艺流程为例,分析拆叠框RGV在长杆件物料中的设计应用,并以生产实践为指导,优化设计,以达到拆叠框RGV可应用于多行业、多场景、多层数切换,实现高效率、低故障率的目的,旨在为企业节约人力成本,提高产能,降低危险性,实现工艺工序之间的全自动化。 In this paper,taking the technical process of aluminum production as example,we analyzed the design of disassembly frame RGV in long rod application,and optimized it under the guidance of production practice,so that the disassembly frame RGV application could be conveniently repurposed between multiple industries,scenarios and layer arrangements to achieve high efficiency and low failure rate,so as to help save labor costs,increase production capacity,and reduce operation risks for enterprises,and realize the full automation between process steps.
