几何量综合自动检定装置的设计与实现

摘要 几何量检定装置的核心功能有两个,分别是测量几何量和校准几何量,目的是确保被测对象具有与要求相符的几何特性。以几何量检定装置为研究对象,首先介绍了既有检定装置的结构、工作步骤;其次说明了检定装置的软件设计方案,包括软件框架、应用层的设计,并结合实际应用证实了设计方案的有效性;再次讨论了硬件设计要点,内容涉及平台方案、模块设计两部分,其中,模块设计又分为测控模块、结构模块;最后基于不确定度,验证了该装置的性能。 The core functions of a geometric quantity verification device are to measure geometric quantities and calibrate geometric quantities,with the aim of ensuring that the measured object has geometric characteristics that meet the requirements.The article takes the device as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the structure and working steps of the existing calibration device.Secondly,it explains the software design scheme of the calibration device,including the software framework and application layer design.Combined with practical applications,the effectiveness of the design scheme is confirmed.Furthermore,it discusses the key points of hardware design,which involve two parts:platform scheme and module design.Among them,module design is divided into measurement and control module and structural module,Finally,based on uncertainty,the performance of the device was verified,hoping to provide inspiration and assist in further upgrading the calibration device in the future.
