砂石生产废水处理工艺研究

摘要 针对现有水电站砂石加工系统产生的高悬浮物废水处理工艺存在排泥系统易堵、沉渣脱水困难的问题,通过对砂石加工废水中悬浮物的沉降性能、粒径分布和沉渣的脱水性能进行相关分析,提出了组合式沉淀工艺及处理砂石废水创新工艺。经此工艺处理后,采用活性炭吸附床进行二级深度处理,以进一步去除砂石生产废水中的有机物、微量元素(如重金属等)和臭味。实践证明,该工艺具有良好的处理效果和经济性,可以有效解决悬浮物沉降和泥渣脱水问题。 In response to the problems of easy blockage of the sludge discharge system and difficulty in sediment dewatering in the treatment process of high suspended solids wastewater generated by the existing hydroelectric power plant's sand and stone processing system,a combined sedimentation process and an innovative process for treating sand and stone wastewater are proposed by analyzing the sedimentation performance,particle size distribution,and sediment dewatering performance of suspended solids in the sand and stone processing wastewater.After this process,an activated carbon adsorption bed is used for secondary deep treatment to further remove organic matter,trace elements(such as heavy metals),and odor from sand and gravel production wastewater.Practice has proven that this process has good treatment efficiency and economy,and can effectively solve the problems of suspended solids settlement and sludge dewatering.
