湖沼积淤泥质地区采用钻孔灌注桩提高清孔质量和效率的措施

摘要 在钻孔灌注桩施工中,清孔是一道尤为关键的工序,而清孔质量和效率直接影响了成桩质量和施工进度。特别是在湖沼积淤泥质地区中,软弱土层深厚且松散,桩基清孔难度大大增加。为解决该问题,以杭州市东西大道运河大桥为例,分别从现存问题、清孔工艺、泥浆净化装置的应用、取得成效等方面,详细介绍了新型清孔设备“黑旋风”ZX-200泥浆净化装置在清孔施工中的运用情况。使用该新型设备,提高了桩基清孔质量和效率,为类似地质区域的桩基施工提供了借鉴。 In the construction of bored pile,hole cleaning is a particularly critical process,and the quality and efficiency of hole cleaning directly affect the quality of pile forming and construction progress,especially in the lake mud area,where the soft soil layer is deep and loose,the difficulty of pile foundation hole cleaning is greatly increased.Taking the Grand Canal Bridge on the East West Avenue in Hangzhou as an example,this paper introduces in detail the application of the new type of hole cleaning equipment"Black Cyclone"ZX-200 mud purification device in hole cleaning construction from the aspects of existing problems,hole cleaning technology,application of mud purification device,and achievements.This improves the quality and efficiency of pile foundation hole cleaning,and provides reliable engineering reference for pile foundation construction in similar geological areas.
