火力发电厂区海塘(江堤)安全隐患及整治措施探析

摘要 浙江浙能温州发电有限公司(以下简称“温州电厂”)海塘(江堤)全长约1663m,工程级别为I级,防洪标准按200年一遇高潮位设计。温州电厂海塘(江堤)由于长期受潮汐、风化、海风、不均匀沉降等因素影响,出现不同程度的裂缝、混凝土破损、海塘塌陷、防浪墙的整体高程不够等问题。通过对海塘(江堤)存在的问题进行分析并制定相应的整治措施,对裂缝、混凝土破损、海塘塌陷等情况进行修复,对防浪墙的整体高程不够问题进行加高处理等。通过对存在的问题进行整治,确保海塘(江堤)整体结构稳定可靠,满足设计、法律法规及相关技术规范与标准要求,为发电机组安全稳定运行提供可靠的环境,助力公司安全生产,提高了公司安全文明生产管理水平。 The total length of the seawall(river embankment)of Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Wenzhou Power Plant")is about 1663m,and the engineering level is Class I.The flood control standard is designed according to the high tide level with a return period of 200 years.The seawall(river embankment)of Wenzhou Power Plant has been affected by factors such as tides,weathering,sea breeze,and uneven settlement for a long time,resulting in varying degrees of cracks,concrete damage,seawall collapse,and insufficient overall elevation of the wave wall.By analyzing the problems existing in seawalls(river embankments)and formulating corresponding remediation measures,repairing cracks,concrete damage,seawall collapse,and raising the overall elevation of the wave wall.By rectifying the existing problems,the overall structure of the seawall(river embankment)is ensured to be stable and reliable,meeting the requirements of design,laws,regulations,and relevant technical specifications and standards.This provides a reliable environment for the safe and stable operation of the power generation unit,assists the company in safe production,and improves the company's level of safe and civilized production management.
