基于拓扑分析提高环状热网可靠性研究

摘要 为研究影响环状热网可靠性的因素,提高供热可靠性,通过模型建立、拓扑分析和公式推导,探究热负荷分布、故障流参数和阀门分布对单或多热源环状热网可靠性的影响。研究表明:环状热网中,可靠性随阀门数的增加而减速上升,随阀门故障流参数的增加而减速下降;不宜通过增加热源数来提高可靠性;管段故障流参数对可靠性的影响大于阀门。总投资相同,仅考虑提高热网可靠性,则可得出如下结论:提高各热源两端第一个节点热负荷的值,降低各热源两端第一个阀门的故障流参数;热负荷分布密集处,选取故障流参数小的阀门。 To study the factors that affect the reliability of circular heating networks and improve heating reliability,this article explores the effects of heat load distribution,fault flow parameters,and valve distribution on the reliability of single or multi heat source circular heating networks through model establishment,topology analysis,and formula derivation.Research shows that in a circular heating network,reliability slows down and increases with the number of valves,and slows down and decreases with the increase of valve fault flow parameters;It is not advisable to increase the number of heat sources to improve reliability;The influence of pipeline fault flow parameters on reliability is greater than that of valves.If the total investment is the same and only considering improving the reliability of the heating network,the following conclusion can be drawn:increase the thermal load value of the first node at both ends of each heat source,and reduce the fault flow parameters of the first valve at both ends of each heat source;In areas with dense heat load distribution,select valves with small fault flow parameters.
