摘要
盾构隧道穿越高水压复合地层是一项难度大、风险高的工程。掘进施工过程中需考虑复合地层及高水压对施工的双重不利影响。通过分析研究线路选线、盾构选型、复合地层处理以及过江施工注意事项等技术方案,确定高水压复合地层过江隧道关键技术方案,为类似工程提供参考。通过对比分析,采用复合式泥水平衡盾构机,在对上软下硬复合地层提前加固预处理的情况下,通过控制掘进参数以及循环泥浆参数,能有效保障过江隧道施工质量及安全。
Shield tunneling through high water pressure composite strata is a difficult and high-risk project.During the excavation construction process,it is necessary to consider the dual adverse effects of composite strata and high water pressure on the construction.By analyzing and studying technical schemes such as route selection,shield tunnel selection,composite formation treatment,and precautions for river crossing construction,key technical schemes for high water pressure composite formation river crossing tunnels are determined,providing reference for similar projects.Through comparative analysis,the use of a composite mud water balance shield machine can effectively ensure the construction quality and safety of river crossing tunnels by controlling excavation parameters and circulating mud parameters,while reinforcing and pre-treatment the upper soft and lower hard composite strata in advance.
