钢结构桥梁无损检测及评估探究

摘要 为对正常使用中的钢结构桥梁状况进行正确评估,结合某公路钢结构桥梁,采用现场实际检测及数值模拟等方法,监测桥梁钢结构产生的应力变形情况,利用总体技术状况评分法对钢结构结构状况进行评分。评估结果显示,在各种不同工况下,钢结构桥梁挠度实测最大值、应力与模拟应力最大值不存在明显差异,与有限元分析方法相结合可有效预测钢结构桥梁产生的应力变形分布情况。对钢结构桥梁检测评估一年时间的结果显示,其应用性能评分EMI处于0.85~1.42之间,平均值为1.16,结果属于Ⅱ类情况。因此,无损检测在检测钢结构桥梁结构的健康状态、使用状态及评估损伤程度上具有较为重要的作用,对于提高钢结构桥梁养护水平具有一定的借鉴价值。 In order to accurately evaluate the condition of steel structure bridges in normal use,combined with a certain highway steel structure bridge,on-site actual testing and numerical simulation methods were used to monitor the stress and deformation generated by the bridge steel structure.The overall technical condition scoring method was used to score the condition of the steel structure.The evaluation results show that there is no significant difference in the measured maximum deflection,stress,and simulated maximum stress of steel structure bridges under various working conditions.Combiningfinite element analysis methods can effectively predict the distribution of stress and deformation generated by steel structure bridges.The results of the one-year inspection and evaluation of steel structure bridges show that their application performance score EMI is between 0.85 and 1.42,with an average value of 1.16,indicating a Class II situation.Therefore,non-destructive testing plays an important role in detecting the health status,service status,and evaluating the degree of damage of steel structure bridge structures,and has certain reference value for improving the maintenance level of steel structure bridges.
