摘要
本项目的主要目的是制备适用于紧急抢修工程的流动度高、可操作时间长、强度增长快,4h抗压强度可达20MPa的超早强灌浆料。在已有生产工艺的基础上,通过加入其他掺合料、调整外加剂种类和掺量,制备出了4h抗压强度可达21.9MPa,后期强度持续增长,抗折强度、竖向膨胀率符合要求,适用于抢修工程的超早强灌浆料。最后在实际工程成功试灌,总结出其在实际应用的技术要点。
The main purpose of this project is to prepare ultra-early strength grouting materials suitable for emergency repair projects with highfluidity,long operational time,fast strength growth,and a compressive strength of up to 20MPa in 4 hours.On the basis of existing production processes,by adding other admixtures,adjusting the type and dosage of additives,a 4-hour compressive strength of 21.9MPa was prepared,and the later strength continued to increase.Theflexural strength and vertical expansion rate met the requirements,making it suitable for ultra-early strength grouting materials for emergency repair projects.Finally,successful trial irrigation was conducted in practical engineering,and the technical key points for its practical application were summarized.
