污水处理厂提质增效“一厂一策”系统化整治思路与措施

The Systematic Renovation Ideas and Measures of "One Plant,One Policy" for Improving Quality and Efficiency in Sewage Treatment Plants

2019年以来,根据三部委联合印发的《城镇污水处理提质增效三年行动方案(2019-2021年)》文件的要求,各地持续开展城市污水处理厂的提质增效工作。从目前的实施效果来看,大湾区仍有多数污水处理厂由于管网治理不彻底、措施不完整等原因导致“一厂一策”整治效果不理想。选取佛山市镇安污水处理厂作为“一厂一策”系统化整治示例,重点分析河网密集区域污水处理厂进水浓度低、进水水量偏大的原因,提出系统治理措施,以供同类型污水处理厂提质增效工程参考。

Since 2019,in accordance with the requirements of the“Three Year Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Effciency of Urban Sewage Treatment(2019-2021)”jointly issued by the three ministries and commissions,various regions have continued to carry out the work of improving the quality and effciency of urban sewage treatment plants.From the current implementation effect,there are still many sewage treatment plants in the Greater Bay Area that have not achieved ideal results due to incomplete pipe network governance and incomplete measures.Selecting the Zhen’an Sewage Treatment Plant in Foshan City as an example of“one plant,one policy”systematic remediation,the focus is on analyzing the reasons for the low inflow concentration and large inflow volume of sewage treatment plants in densely populated river networks,and proposing systematic governance measures for reference in the same type of sewage treatment plant quality and effciency improvement projects.
