医院建设项目中BIM技术应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Hospital Construction Projects

基于当前工程实际情况,介绍了BIM全过程和单阶段模式在医院建筑中的应用方式,并从模式特点、组织结构和应用效果的角度,对医院建筑中应用BIM模式进行了分析。研究结果表明:BIM全过程应用模式可以帮助施工单位和业主快速掌握项目要点,有利于设计方收集业主需求,提高了各参建方的沟通效率和质量;经过BIM全过程应用的审核,各专业出现的问题数量从第一轮的157降低至39,这表示通过全阶段BIM建设审核能够提前减少工程中存在的各类问题,对建筑的设计进行优化,并解决了施工过程中可能遇到的绝大部分问题,降低了施工过程中返工的次数,节约了工程成本,降低了无效劳动率。

Based on the current engineering situation,this paper introduces the application methods of BIM throughout the entire process and single stage mode in hospital buildings,and analyzes the application of BIM mode in hospital buildings from the perspectives of mode characteristics,organizational structure,and application effects.The research results indicate that the BIM full process application mode can help construction units and owners quickly grasp the key points of the project,facilitate the design party to collect the needs of the owners,and improve the communication effciency and quality of all participating parties;After the review of the full process application of BIM,the number of problems encountered in various professions has been reduced from 157 in thefirst round to 39.This indicates that through the full stage BIM construction review,various problems in the project can be reduced in advance,the design of the building can be optimized,and the vast majority of problems that may be encountered during the construction process can be solved.This reduces the number of rework during the construction process,saves project costs,and reduces ineffective labor rates.
