模块化装配式建筑体系在绿色建筑中的拓展应用

Expand Application of Modular Integrated Construction in Green Buildings

随着我国建筑行业的发展、建筑物建造方式多元化,装配式建筑已经有了比较广泛的应用。与一般装配式建筑相比,模块化装配式建筑是一种集结构、建筑内装与外饰、机电、给排水与暖通等建筑全要素于一体,高度集成、新型高效的建筑形式。模块化装配式建筑可以在工厂完成80%以上的施工作业,现场只需完成吊装、模块拼接、管线接驳等少量工作,是目前建筑工业化占比最高的建筑形式。首先综述了模块化装配式建筑的概念、优势和短板,并以深圳市某区一保障性住房项目为案例分析了模块化装配式建筑体系的技术亮点和难点。其次阐述模块化装配式建筑体系在绿色建筑的贡献分值情况,表明模块化装配式建筑是一种基于绿色理念的现代化建筑形式。最后分析模块化装配式建筑体系推广存在的障碍和解决措施,推进模块化装配式建筑体系广泛应用。

With the development of China’s construction industry,the diversification of building construction methods and standardized management,prefabricated building have been widely used.Compared with general prefabricated building,modular prefabricated buildings are a highly integrated,new and effcient building form that integrates all building elements such as structure,building interior and exterior decoration,electromechanical,water supply and drainage and HVAC.Modular assembly building can complete more than 80%of the construction work in the factory,and only a small amount of work such as lifting,processing the pipeline connection and decoration at the splice of modules need to be completed on site.It is the highest rate of completion in the factory at present.This paperfirst summarizes the concept,advantages and disadvantages of modular assembly building,and analyzes the technical highlights and diffculties of modular assembly building system with a low-income housing project in a district of Shenzhen as a case.Secondly,the contribution score of modular assembly building system in green buildings is described,indicating that modular assembly building is a modern building form based on green concepts.Finally,combined with the analysis of the obstacles and solutions to the promotion of modular assembly building system,we hope that modular assembly building system will be widely used.
