摘要 本文分析了装配式建筑结构特点,对高层装配式结构抗震等安全性能进行分析,从高层装配式建筑的结构设计、抗震设计形式,构配件的设计、生产、吊运、安装等方面,探讨影响装配式建筑结构安全性能的因素,在装配式建筑的应用推广方面,因地制宜,分类实施。通过优选结构设计方案,优化构配件尺寸,精细化装配式施工过程管理,保障装配式建筑的安全性能,让建筑变得更安全、更实用、更舒适。 This article analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated building structures,analyze the seismic and other safety performance of high-rise prefabricated structures,and explore the factors that affect the safety performance of prefabricated building structures from the aspects of structural design and seismic design forms of high-rise prefabricated buildings,as well as the design,production,lifting,and installation of components.In terms of the application and promotion of prefabricated buildings,adjust measures to local conditions and implement them in a classified manner.By optimizing the structural design scheme,optimizing the size of components,and refining the management of assembly construction process,we ensure the safety performance of prefabricated buildings,making them safer,more practical,and more comfortable.
