摘要
以社会时代为切入背景,帮助大众正确种植盆栽,增强用户与其种植盆栽之间的互动体验,改善盆栽的培养、日常照料不足等痛点,并引入服务设计理念和方法进行绿植培养APP设计。采用问卷调查、案例分析等方式收集用户信息,通过数据分析,了解潜在用户人群和目标用户需求,提出新的服务策略。通过建立用户画像、用户旅程地图以及服务蓝图,构建绿植培养APP设计原型。将绿植培养APP应用产品和服务设计理念相融合,专注于产品与服务之间的差异,既符合当下移动互联网的发展潮流,又满足当代人对培养盆栽的种植需求,具有一定的市场应用前景。
Taking the social era as the background,we aim to help the public plant potted plants correctly,enhance the interactive experience between users and their potted plants,improve the pain points of potted plant cultivation and insufficient daily care,and introduce service design concepts and methods to design a green plant cultivation app.Collect user information through questionnaire surveys,case studies,and other methods.Through data analysis,understand potential user groups and target user needs,and propose new service strategies.By establishing user profiles,user journey maps,and service blueprints,a prototype of the Green Plant Cultivation APP design is constructed.Integrating the design concept of green plant cultivation APP application products and services,focusing on the differences between products and services,not only conforms to the current trend of mobile internet development,but also meets the planting needs of contemporary people for cultivating potted plants,and has certain market application prospects.
