社区居家养老服务设施配置均衡性研究——以西安市为例

Research on the Balanced Allocation of Community Home-based Elderly Care Service Facilities—A Case Study on Xi’an

我国人口老龄化程度持续加深,居家养老仍是主要养老方式。西安作为全国人口老龄化较早的城市之一,现阶段面临不断增长的老年人口与社区居家养老服务设施区域供给数量之间的相对失衡、老年人口分布与设施分布失配的情况。为增强社区居家养老服务设施配置的均衡性,提高老年群体的“获得感”,利用高德地图POI数据,从最邻近指数、服务覆盖率、设施供需比三个方面,基于ArcGIS平台构建社区居家养老服务设施配置均衡性评价模型开展相关的研究,并提出针对性的空间配置提升策略。

The aging population in China continues to deepen,and home care is still the main way of providing for the elderly.As one of the cities with an early aging population in China,Xi’an is currently facing a relative imbalance between the growing elderly population and the supply of community home-based elderly care service facilities,as well as a mismatch between the distribution of elderly population and facilities.In order to enhance the balance of community home-based elderly care service facility configuration and enhance the“sense of gain”of the elderly population,using AMAP POI data,a balanced evaluation model of community home-based elderly care service facility configuration is constructed based on ArcGIS platform from three aspects:nearest neighbor index,service coverage rate,and facility supply demand ratio.Relevant research is conducted,and targeted spatial configuration improvement strategies are proposed.
