C_(5)/C_(9)共聚石油树脂对回收涤纶/锦纶/氨纶混合材料性能影响

Effect of C_(5)/C_(9) copolymer petroleum resin on properties of recycled polyester/nylon/spandex blends

摘要 为提升涤纶/锦纶/氨纶等回收材料的利用价值,以涤纶/锦纶/氨纶等回收材料为原料,首先对回收涤纶/锦纶/氨纶混合材料进行预处理,得到预处理混合材料;再将预处理混合材料与C_(5)/C_(9)共聚石油树脂均匀混合,经过挤出及注塑等步骤,制备复合材料。通过力学性能对比,考察了C_(5)/C_(9)共聚石油树脂添加量对复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度、断裂延伸率、弯曲模量等力学性能的影响;通过扫描电镜对制备材料的断裂面微观结构进行表征。结果表明,C_(5)/C_(9)共聚石油树脂制备的复合材料拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、断裂延伸率最大值分别为29.82MPa、17.67kJ/m2、40.84MPa、1866.35MPa、9.61%,各项力学性能指标与对照品相比均有较大提升。 In order to improve the utilization value of recycled materials such as polyester/nylon/spandex,using polyester/nylon/spandex as raw materials,the recycled polyester/nylon/spandex mixed materials were first pretreated to obtain the pretreated mixed materials,and then the pretreated mixed materials were evenly mixed with C_(5)/C_(9) copolymer petroleum resin to prepare the composite materials through extrusion and injection molding.Through the comparison of mechanical properties,the effects of the amount of C_(5)/C_(9) copolymer petroleum resin on the tensile strength,flexural strength,impact strength,elongation at break and flexural modulus of the composites were investigated.The microstructure of the fracture surface was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the maximum values of tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and fracture elongation of the composites prepared from C_(5)/C_(9) copolymer petroleum resin were 29.82MPa,17.67kJ/m2,40.84MPa,1866.35MPa and 9.61%,respectively.Compared with the control sample,all mechanical properties were greatly improved.
