摘要
以钼酸铵为原料、2-甲基咪唑为模板剂,采用热解金属骨架法制备了多孔、大比表面积的α-MoO_(3)纳米片,考察了煅烧温度对材料气敏性能的影响。通过微观结构表征结合宏观气敏测试,对α-MoO_(3)纳米片的气敏机理进行分析。结果表明,在工作温度350℃条件下,α-MoO_(3)对三乙胺灵敏度响应值可以达到409.5,且具有极好的稳定性。这种优异的性能主要归因于金属有机骨架热解产生的大比表面积和多孔结构,有利于气体的吸附、扩散和表面反应。
Two-dimensionalα-MoO_(3) nanosheets with porous and high specific surface area were prepared by the pyrolysis metal framework method with ammonium molybdate as the raw material and 2-methylimidazole as the template,and the influence of the calcination temperature on the gas-sensing property of the material was investigated.The gas-sensing mechanism ofα-MoO_(3) material was analyzed by the microstructure characterization and the macroscopic gas-sensing test.The gas-sensing experiment showed that at a working temperature of 350℃,the sensitivity response value ofα-MoO_(3) to triethylamine could reach 409.5,and had good stability.This excellent performance was attributed to the large specific surface area and porous structure produced by the pyrolysis of metal organic framework,which was conducive to gas adsorption,diffusion and surface reaction.
