十四胺-十六胺二元相变材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 以十四胺(TDA)和十六胺(HDA)为原料,采用熔融共混法制备了二元复合相变材料。利用步冷法研究了不同配比对二元复合相变材料相变性能的影响,确定了二元复合相变材料的共晶点。二元共晶体系中TDA和HDA的质量比为7∶3,差示量热(DSC)测得的共晶温度为29.08℃,二元共晶体系相变潜热为255.95J/g。傅里叶红外光谱测试表明复合相变材料中TDA和HDA在分子力作用下混合,没有化学反应发生。复合相变材料在700次20~60℃冷热循环过后,材料的相变温度变化不大。此二元相变材料在墙体围护结构等领域有广泛的利用价值。 Using tetradecylamine(TDA)and hexadecylamine(HDA)as raw materials,a binary phase change material was prepared by melt blending method.The effect of mass fraction on the phase change performance of the binary phase change material was investigated by step cooling method.The TDA and HDA mass fraction of the binary eutectic system was 7∶3.The eutectic temperature and the latent heat of the binary eutectic material was 29.08℃and 255.95J/g by DSC,respectively.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)tests showed that the binary materials of TDA and HDA were combined under the action of molecular forces without chemical reaction occurring.After 700 melting/freezing cycles between 20℃and 60℃,the phase transition temperature of the binary material had little change.The binary phase change material has wide application prospect in the field of wall envelope and so on.
