摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMO)为主要原料,采用钴60辐射聚合工艺合成了水性聚氨酯-含硅丙烯酸酯(WPUAS)。将生物基白炭黑浆料与WPUAS乳液共混制备消光涂层,研究浆料对涂层各项性能的影响,并和市售消光粉对比消光效果。结果表明:随着浆料添加量的提高,涂层的附着力等级由0级降至1级,磨耗损失由0.12%提高至0.22%,水接触角由84.1°降低至70.2°,表面光泽度明显降低。当浆料的添加量达到15%时,涂层60°光泽度降低至21,消光效果十分接近市售消光粉,在水性消光涂料领域具有良好应用前景。
Waterborne polyurethane-acrylate containing silicone(WPUAS)emulsion was synthesized by Cobalt 60 radiation polymerization with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate diol(PCDL),methyl acrylate(MA),butyl acrylate(BA),vinyl trimethoxysilane(VTMO)as the main raw materials.The matting coatings were prepared by blending the bio-based silica slurry with WPUAS emulsion.The influence of slurry on the properties of the coating was studied,and the matting effect was compared with that of the commercial matting powder.The results showed that with the increase of slurry addition,the adhesion grade of the coating decreased from grade 0 to grade 1,the wear loss increased from 0.12%to 0.22%,the water contact angle decreased from 84.1°to 70.2°,and the surface gloss decreased significantly.When the addition amount of slurry reached 15%,the 60°gloss of the coating was reduced to 21,and the matting effect was very close to the commercial matting powder,indicating that it had a good application prospect in the field of waterborne matting coatings.
