乡村振兴战略背景下陕西省农村公共体育服务的治理路径研究

On the Governance Path of Rural Public Sports Services in Shaanxi Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的二十大报告对全面推进乡村振兴进行阐述,为我们做好当前及今后一个时期的“三农”工作提供了思想指引和行动指南。公共体育服务事业的推进有助于缩小城乡差距,改善乡村风貌,提高居民生活质量,实现乡风文明建设目标,促进全面小康社会的建成。通过总结陕西省农村公共体育服务发展的困境,在乡村振兴战略背景及“十四运”筹备工作指导下,探讨陕西农村公共体育服务是否能从高速增长转向高质量发展,提出创新治理的新思路,以期为陕西省农村公共体育服务发展提供更为精细、具体的对策和建议,提出发展陕西省农村公共体育服务治理的具体路径:“乡村振兴+十四运”大背景下持续完善农村公共体育用地供给;创建“地—县—乡”三级公共体育服务“一站式”数字平台,优化管理理念,创新治理路径;“人才振兴”助力农村公共体育服务振兴。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China elaborated on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,which provides ideological guidance and action guidance for us to do a good job in the current and future"three rural"work.The promotion of public sports services will help narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,improve the rural landscape,improve the quality of life of residents,achieve the goal of building a rural civilization and promote the establishment of an all-round well-off society.By summarizing the plight of the development of rural public sports services in our province,under the background of the rural revitalization strategy and the guidance of the preparations for the 14th National Games,this article explored whether Shaanxi rural public sports services can shift from rapid growth to high-quality development,and put forward new ideas for innovative governance.With a view to providing more detailed and specific countermeasures and scientific guidance for the development of rural public sports services in Shaanxi Province.Propose a specific path for the governance of rural public sports services in Shaanxi Province:continue to improve the supply of rural public sports land under the background of"rural revitalization+the 14th National Games";create a"prefecture-county-township"three-level public sports service"one-stop"number Platform,optimizing management concepts,and innovating governance paths;"talent revitalization"helps the revitalization of rural public sports services.
