区块链是实现公共体育服务现代化转向的重要技术基础。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对区块链技术赋能公共体育服务的相关问题进行探讨。研究认为:公共体育服务具有信息透明度不足、数据隐私性较低、管理呈一元中心化的现实困境。将区块链应用到公共体育服务可便于信息精确交互、利于服务过程的加密追踪、益于多元协同参与治理,但仍需注意区块链技术应用到公共体育服务在角色转变、技术落地、监管措施等方面的挑战,可从凝聚“区块链共识”、整合区块链技术环节、培养人才、健全监管体制与法律体系等方面寻找区块链技术在公共体育服务领域的新进路。

Blockchain is an important technical basis for realizing the modernization of public sports services.This article uses the method of literature data and logical analysis to discuss the related issues of blockchain technology empowering public sports services.The application of blockchain to public sports services can facilitate the accurate interaction of information,the encrypted tracking of the service process,and the benefits of multiple collaborative participation in governance.However,it is still necessary to pay attention to the role of blockchain technology in public sports service’s regulatory challenges.It is necessary to find a new way of blockchain in the field of public sports services from the aspects of condensing"blockchain consensus",integrating blockchain technology links,cultivating talents,and improving supervision and legal systems.
