摘要
微生物在地球上广泛存在,与人类生活息息相关。2019年新型冠状病毒(SARS-Cov-2)引发公共卫生事件后,消毒剂使用量剧增,消毒效果评价也成为近年来的热门研究课题,了解不同微生物特性对消毒效果的影响至关重要。本文根据不同微生物的结构特征,分类阐述了原核微生物、真核微生物、非细胞型微生物对消毒效果的影响,同时,归纳总结了微生物不同生长时期、传代次数、自身机制等在消毒效果中可能存在的区别,为更好地选择消毒剂达到理想的消毒效果提供新思路。
Microorganisms exist widely on earth and are closely related to human life.After the 2019 public health event caused by the novel coronavirus(SARS-Cov-2),the use of disinfectants has soared worldwide,and the evaluation of disinfection effect has become a hot research topic in recent years.Understanding the characteristics of different microorganisms is crucial to the disinfection effect.According to the structural characteristics of different types of microorganisms,this paper classified and expounded the influence of prokaryotic microorganisms,eukaryotic microorganisms and non-cellular microorganisms on the disinfection effect.At the same time,it summarized the possible differences of microorganisms in different growth periods,passage times,their own mechanisms,and so on in the disinfection effect,providing new ideas for better selection of disinfectants to achieve the desired disinfection effect.
