含杂原子多孔有机聚合物的制备及其吸附性能

摘要 为去除水中染料和挥发性碘单质,采用三聚氯氰(cyanuric chloride)与对苯二酚(hydroquinone),通过在无催化剂作用下的亲核取代反应,成功合成了含杂原子的有机多孔聚合物(命名为C_(y)HPOP)。对聚合物进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征;测试聚合物的碘蒸气吸附性能,并对吸附前后的聚合物进行热重分析;测试聚合物对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附性能,并对吸附过程进行动力学拟合、热力学拟合以及吸附等温线模拟。研究表明:聚合物被成功合成,且为无定型结构;聚合物骨架在450℃才开始塌陷,失重率约10%,具有良好的热稳定性;C_(y)HPOP在碘蒸气中8 h饱和吸附容量可达166.67%;C_(y)HPOP对亚甲基蓝的去除率可达98%,最大吸附量为83.5306 mg/g;聚合物对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,吸附等温式拟合符合Langmuir模型,其机制属于物理吸附。该聚合物在污染物去除及捕获的应用中具有一定的潜能。 In order to remove dyes and volatile iodine from water,an organic porous polymer containing heteroatoms(named C_(y)HPOP)was successfully synthesized by the Nucleophilic substitution reaction of cyanuric chloride and hydroquinone without catalyst.Characterization of the polymer using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS);The iodine vapor adsorption performance of the polymer was tested,and the Thermogravimetric analysis of the polymer before and after adsorption was performed;The adsorption performance of the polymer on methylene blue solution was tested,and the adsorption process was simulated by kinetic fitting,thermodynamic fitting and adsorption Contour line#Temperature and related subjects.Research has shown that the polymer has been successfully synthesized and has an amorphous structure;The polymer skeleton only begins to collapse at 450℃,with a weight loss rate of about 10%and good thermal stability;The saturated adsorption capacity of C_(y)HPOP in iodine vapor for 8 hours can reach 166.67%;The removal rate of methylene blue by C_(y)HPOP can reach 98%,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 83.5306 mg/g;The adsorption of methylene blue solution by polymer conforms to the quasi second order kinetic model,and the adsorption isotherm fitting conforms to the Langmuir model.Its mechanism belongs to physical adsorption.This polymer has certain potential in the application of pollutant removal and capture.
