摘要 新发展阶段下,面对新形势、新变局和新问题,高校思政课落实立德树人的根本任务,要有新理念、新思维、新格局,不断推进高质量发展。思政课高质量发展应以培养一流的人才为出发点,以为中华民族伟大复兴培养复兴栋梁、强国先锋为己任,着力提升思政铸魂育人的层次和境界。思政课高质量发展应当坚持需求导向、成果导向、参与导向和能力导向,在教学理念、课堂教学、实践教学、教学考核和教师能力建设等方面践行高质量发展理念,不断推进思政课守正创新,持续提升思政课教学质量,不断强化思政课获得感,着实提升学生“学、思、践、悟”能力。 In the new stage of development,facing the new situations,new changes and new problems,the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people,with new ideas,new thinking and new patterns,and constantly promote high-quality development.The high-quality development of ideological and political courses should start from the training of first-class talents,take the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to cultivate pillars of rejuvenation and pioneers of China as its own duty,and strive to improve the level and realm of ideological and political education.The high-quality development of ideological and political courses should be demand-oriented,result-oriented,participation-oriented and capability-oriented,and the concept of high-quality development should be implemented in classroom teaching,practical teaching,teaching assessment and teachers'capacity building,so as to continuously promote the innovation of ideological and political courses,continuously improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses,and continuously strengthen the sense of gain in ideological and political courses,and really improves students'ability of"learning,thinking,practicing and understanding".
