Design of Drilling Jig for Angle Steel Parts

摘要 通过分析振动筛中角钢类零件的结构特点和制造中存在的问题,有针对性的设计了可翻转钻模,能够实现一次装夹、两面钻孔,避免了基准不重合误差的产生,而且还降低了对专用设备和专职操作人员的依赖性,显著提升了加工效率,最后校验了钻模精度,验证了该钻模能够满足精度要求。 By analyzing the structural characteristics and manufacturing problems of angle steel parts in the vibrating screen,a targeted design of a reversible drilling jig was carried out,which can achieve one-time clamping and drilling on both sides,avoiding the occurrence of benchmark misalignment errors.It also reduces the dependence on specialized equipment and full-time operators,significantly improving processing efficiency.Finally,the accuracy of the drilling jig was verified,and it was verified that the drilling jig can meet accuracy requirements.
