摘要
文章以新疆某灌区衬砌渠道为例,在概述渠道冻胀基本情况的基础上,应用瞬态分析和稳态分析两种方法依次展开聚苯板保温机理模拟,并通过ADINA有限元软件构建起分析模型,对灌区3#支渠采用的不同衬砌方案效果进行模拟分析,模拟结果和实际观测结果较为吻合。结果表明,混凝土衬砌渠道铺设聚苯板和聚氨酯保温材料后均可取得显著的保温效果,能有效减弱渠道基础土冻害的发生。随着保温材料厚度的增大,保温效果和抗冻胀效果均有效提升,但聚苯板厚度超出6cm后升幅减缓。综合考虑保温效果、抗冻胀效果和经济性,6cm厚的聚苯板材料略优于4cm厚的聚氨酯材料,故应作为灌区保温抗冻胀的首选。
Taking the lining channel of an irrigation district in Xinjiang as an example,based on the overview of the basic situation of frost heave of the channel,transient analysis and steady-state analysis were used to simulate the insulation mechanism of polystyrene board in turn,and the analysis model was constructed by ADINA finite element software.The effects of different lining schemes used in the 3#branch canal of the irrigation district were simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results were in good agreement with the actual observation results.The results show that both polystyrene board and polyurethane insulation materials can achieve remarkable insulation effect,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of freezing damage in the foundation soil of the concrete lining channel.With the increase of the thickness of the insulation material,the insulation effect and the anti-frost heave effect are effectively improved,but the increase slows down after the thickness of the polystyrene board exceeds 6cm.Considering the insulation effect,anti-frost heave effect and economy,6cm thick polystyrene board material is slightly better than 4cm thick polyurethane material,so it should be used as the first choice for anti-frost heave insulation in irrigation area.
