文山州图书馆红色文化资源创新性建设的思考

Reflections on the Innovative Construction of Red Cultural Resources in Wenshan State Library

文山壮族苗族自治州地处滇东南,蕴含着深厚的红色文化资源。1979年以来,这里形成了以“敢于牺牲”为核心的“老山精神”和“勇于实干”为核心的“西畴精神”。在新媒体新时代的大背景下,目对这些红色文化资源如何加以整合利用,红色精神如何有效传承,都缺乏强有力举措。本文以文山州图书馆的工作实际为例,指出了文山州图书馆在保护和开发利用红色文化资源方面存在的三个问题,就如何对文山的红色文化资源进行创新性建设,提出了三点思考,其一是树立品牌意识,做好相关课题研究;其二是构建全新、高效、充满活力的文山红色文化资源信息体系;其三是实施文山红色文化的信息化传播,促进文旅融合发展。

Located in southeast Yunnan,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is rich in red cultural resources.Since 1979,the“spirit of Laoshan”centered on“daring to sacrifice”and the“spirit of Xichou”centered on“daring to do practical things”have been developed here.In the context of the new media and the new era,there is a lack of strong initiatives on how to integrate and utilize these red cultural resources and how to effectively pass on the red spirit.Taking the work of Wenshan State Library as an example,this paper points out three problems in the protection and development of red cultural resources in Wenshan State Library,and proposes three suggestions on how to build innovative red cultural resources in Wenshan.The first is to establish brand awareness and conduct research on related topics.The second is to build a new,efficient and dynamic information system on Wenshan’s red cultural resources.The third is to implement the information dissemination of Wenshan’s red culture and promote the integrated development of cultural tourism.
