An Introduction to Yunnan Historical Data Catalog,written by Mr.Fang Guoyu,is an important bibliographic work in modern times.However,it also records Fang Guoyu’s experience,knowledge and friends,as well as the spread of Yunnan literature,which has important anecdotal value.Most of these anecdotes were personally experienced by Fang Guoyu,heard and seen by her ears and eyes,and preserved a number of original materials.They are first-hand historical materials for studying Fang Guoyu’s life,practice and academic achievements,and also an important reference for exploring Yunnan literature.
