一种基于视觉检测与定位的实训系统设计

摘要 随着机器视觉技术的不断发展进步,其在工业方面的应用日益广泛。机器视觉的应用,有利于企业提高自动化水平,降低生产成本和提高生产效率。文章设计的视觉检测与定位实训系统,集成了工业机器视觉的许多典型应用案例,有助于学生更好地学习机器视觉的理论知识和应用案例。目前,该系统已应用于“1+X”职业技能等级证书《工业视觉系统运维》培训,成效显著,对高校开发实验实训设备及提高实践教学效果具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 With the continuous development and progress of machine vision technology,its application in industry is becoming increasingly widespread.The application of machine vision is beneficial for enterprises to improve their automation level,reduce production costs,and improve production efficiency.The visual inspection and positioning training system designed in this article integrates many typical application cases of industrial machine vision,which helps students better learn the theoretical knowledge and application cases of machine vision.Currently,the system has been applied to the“1+X”vocational skill level certificate“Industrial Visual System Operation and Maintenance”training,with significant results.It has certain reference significance and value for universities to develop experimental and practical training equipment and improve the effectiveness of practical teaching.
