摘要
泄压阀是长距离输水安全防护的一种安全保护装置,其主要作用是实现对管道过渡过程压力的调节和控制,泄压阀泄放流量的大小对管道的负压水锤有至关重要的影响。泄压阀在过渡过程中瞬态流量值的计算是采用能量方式估算,估计精度低。为解决此问题,使用数值模拟方法模拟了阀门迅速启闭的过程,分析了阀芯位移、压强以及流量的变化,将阀门开启过程中阀芯动态过程简化为球的运动,依据阀门入口压力变化时阀门的运动规律及相应位移下的瞬态流量,提出来泄压阀泄放量的预估校正方法。多种工况对此方法进行验证,验证结果表明此方法具有可行性。
Pressure relief valve is a safety protection device for long-distance water transportation safety protection.Its main function is to realize the regulation and control of the pressure in the transition process of the pipeline.The discharge flow of pressure relief valve has a crucial impact on the negative pressure water hammer of the pipeline.The transient flow value of pressure relief valve in the transition process is estimated by energy method,and the estimation accuracy is low.In order to solve this problem,the process of rapid valve opening and closing is simulated by numerical simulation method,and the changes of valve core displacement,pressure and flow are analyzed.The dynamic process of valve core during valve opening is simplified to the movement of ball.According to the movement law of valve inlet pressure and the transient flow under corresponding displacement,the prediction and correction method of pressure relief valve discharge is proposed.The method is verified in various working conditions,and the verification results show that the method is feasible.
