降低JY200圆锥破碎机大齿轮螺栓断裂频次的研究

摘要 银山矿业有限责任公司选矿厂现有的JY200型圆锥破碎机在运行过程中经常会出现大齿轮螺栓断裂的情况,且维修频次高、单次拆解更换时间长、拆解过程复杂,这极大地降低了该型圆锥破碎机的运转效率,增加了半自磨的能耗。该厂针对上述问题开展了技术攻关,分析出了导致大齿轮螺栓断裂的主要原因:一是两套除铁系统的除铁效果不佳;二是原有螺栓能够承受的拉应力十分有限。该厂对症下药,实施了系列改进举措:通过改善半自磨机排铁机构和皮带除铁器的除铁效果,有效地减少了破碎机过铁现象的出现;通过重新钻孔、攻丝,增大了大齿轮螺栓的直径,有效提升了其抗拉强度。系列改进措施实施后,直接将大齿轮螺栓的使用寿命提高了3倍以上,每年可减少维修费用约3.6万元,同时还可提高半自磨机的运转效率,为该厂带来显著的经济效益。 The existing JY200 type cone crusher in the concentrator of Yinshan Copper Mining Company Limited often breaks the big gear bolt during operation,and the maintenance frequency is high,the single disassembly and replacement time are long and the disassembly process is complicated,which greatly reduces the operation efficiency of this type cone crusher and increases the energy consumption of semi-automatic grinding.The technical research has been carried out to solve above problems,and the main reasons leading to the fracture of the gear bolt are analyzed.First,the iron removal effect of two sets of iron removal systems is not good.Second,the tensile stress which the original bolts can bear is very limited.At the same time,a series of improvement measures are implemented.By improving the iron removal effect of the iron removal mechanism and belt iron remover,the phenomenon of over iron in the crusher can be effectively reduced.By redrilling and tapping,the diameter of the big gear bolt is increased,and its tensile strength is effectively improved.These improvement measures increase the service life of the big gear bolt by more than 3 times,and it is estimated that the annual maintenance cost can be saved about 36,000 yuan,and the operation efficiency of the semi-automatic mill is improved,which brings significant economic benefits to the factory.
