尼尔森选矿机选别金矿石的应用研究

摘要 陕西某地低品位金矿石的Au品位为0.57 g/t,Au以微细粒为主,裸露-半裸露金占有率仅为40.34%,现有生产工艺流程不具备市场竞争优势,试验采用尼尔森选矿机对其进行了机械选矿工艺流程研究。结果表明:采用尼尔森选矿机选别该矿石较难获得理想的金精矿,尼尔森选矿机难以兼顾金精矿的Au品位和Au回收率,当提升金精矿达到品级要求时,尾矿中Au损失超过50%,试验结果与尼尔森设备厂家标准流程的结果相吻合。尼尔森选矿机对易单体解离的粗中粒金矿石较为适宜,对难解离的微细粒金的回收效果有所差异。 The Au grade of a low grade gold ore in Shaanxi is 0.57 g/t,and the Au is mainly fine grained,and the proportion of bare to semi-bare gold is only 40.34%.The existing production process of the ore does not have the market competitive advantage.The process flow of mechanical beneficiation was studied by Nelson concentrator.The results show that it is difficult to obtain ideal gold concentrate by using Nelson concentrator.Nelson concentrator is difficult to balance the concentrate of gold grade and the recovery rate of gold.When the upgraded gold concentrate reaches the grade requirements,the gold loss in tailings exceeds 50%.The test results are consistent with the standard process of Nielsen equipment manufacturer.Nelson beneficiator is more suitable for coarse and medium gold ore which is easy to dissociate,but the recovery effect of refractory fine gold is different.
