智能化管理模式在医用耗材使用监督中的应用效果及对医用耗材配送效率的影响研究

Study on the application effect of intelligent management mode in the supervision of the use of medical consumables and its influence on the efficiency of medical consumables distribution

目的:探讨智能化管理模式在医用耗材使用监督中的应用效果及对医用耗材配送效率的影响。方法:采用鱼骨图分析法分析医用耗材使用监督中存在问题,从技术层面和业务层面进行医用耗材智能化管理干预。选取医院临床使用的372件医用耗材,按照管理方法不同分为对照组(186件)和观察组(186件),对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合智能化管理模式。对两组医用耗材计划、采购、管理、报备和维护5项内容进行评分,比较两组医用耗材管理质量、配送效率及管理满意度。结果:观察组医用耗材采购从医用耗材计划、采购、管理、报备及维护评分分别为(17.83±2.17)分、(16.85±3.15)分、(16.93±3.07)分、(17.52±2.48)分和(17.41±2.34)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.102,t=5.095,t=6.321,t=5.782,t=6.983;P<0.05);观察组科室申请到订单发出、订单发出到耗材入库和耗材入库到科室所需时间分别为(0.97±0.12)h、(11.49±2.15)h和(0.58±0.12)h,均少对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.412,t=6.691,t=8.024;P<0.05);参与医用耗材管理的16名人员对观察组医用耗材管理方法、清点、转运、管理内容及管理形式的满意度分别为93.75%(15/16)、100.00%(16/16)、93.75%(15/16)、93.75%(15/16)和100.00%(16/16),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=6.192,x^(2)=5.561,x^(2)=6.332,x^(2)=6.015,x^(2)=5.321;P<0.05)。结论:智能化管理模式应用于医院医用耗材使用监督,能提升医用耗材管理质量,提高医用耗材配送效率和管理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent management mode in the supervision of the use of medical consumables and its influence on the efficiency of medical consumables distribution.Methods:The existing problems in the supervision of the use of medical consumables were analyzed in the form of fishbone diagrams,and intervention in the intelligent management of medical consumables was conducted from both technical and business levels.372 pieces of medical consumables in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group(186 pieces)and observation group(186 pieces)according to different management methods.The control group was managed by conventional methods,the observation group adopted the joint intelligent management model.The management quality,distribution efficiency and management satisfaction of the two groups of medical consumables were compared.Results:The scores of medical consumables planning,procurement,management,filing and maintenance in the observation group were(17.83±2.17)points,(16.85±3.15)points,(16.93±3.07)points,(17.52±2.48)points,and(17.41±2.34)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.102,t=5.095,t=6.321,t=5.782,t=6.983;P<0.05).In the observation group,the time required from department application to order issuance,from order issuance to consumables storage,and from consumables storage to department were(0.97±0.12)hours,(11.49±2.15)hours,and(0.58±0.12)hours,respectively,which were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.412,t=6.691,t=8.024;P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical consumables management staff with respect to the medical consumables management methods,inventory,transshipment,management content and management form in the observation group were 93.75%(15/16),100.00%(16/16),93.75%(15/16),93.75%(15/16),and 100.00%(16/16),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=6.192,x^(2)=5.561,x^(2)=6.332,x^(2)=6.015,x^(2)=5.321;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intelligent management mode in the supervision of the use of medical consumables in hospitals can improve the quality of medical consumables,improve the distribution efficiency of medical consumables distribution and achieve high management satisfaction.
